Chapter Retreat 2026

Stepping away from the routine business of chapter operations isn’t just about setting a calendar; it is about realigning with our core purpose. On August 14th & 15th, the brotherhood gathered for our annual retreat to recharge, strategize, and build momentum for the fraternal year ahead.

Beyond the whiteboard and agendas, the weekend’s true heart lived in the fellowship. Gathering outside the formal structure of regular meetings created space for genuine connection, shared laughs, and the kind of dialogue that reminds us why we stepped up to lead in the first place. When brothers align on vision and brotherhood, the work becomes not just manageable, but inspiring.
